Which town is the hottest 🔥
Over the last few months, we've had a "perfect storm" of low inventory and low mortgage rates. Add the normal Spring Market to the mix and 💥 you've got a recipe for a crazy market! With many homes selling within days of going on the market AND for over asking prices, I've broken down the data to pinpoint the hottest town in the Farmington Valley.
To calculate the data, I've used the same search criteria for each town. Searching only single family homes that went under contract or sold between 3/1/2020 to 6/17/2020 and were priced up to $500,000.
1. Farmington
Number of homes: 119
Average Days On Market: 60

2. Avon
