While starting my career in one of the worst real estate markets in history, I saw the endless opportunities available and cannonballed into real estate.
Utilizing my tech savvy skills, I quickly learned the current market and the challenges associated with it and implemented cutting edge technology to help my clients homes stand out from the competition. As I continued to challenge the "old school methods" of the real estate market, I was approached by many well known Realtors to help show them how to do what I was doing... and I was happy to help.
Coming from contribution is the backbone to my thought process. I firmly believes that by being part of the solution is the best way to work with fellow Realtors.
Just 6 short months into my career, I was asked to teach a class in my local office. Being able to show and share new ways to help other agents streamline their businesses was very satisfying to me. From there I have taught hundred's of classes and has even presented at a national event in front of 500+ people!
Passionate about negotiating and constantly learning, I am dedicated to providing the best customer experience to every single customer. With an Associate's Degree from Bay State College in Boston MA, I have taken that business background and is running one of the top 10% teams in all of New England.
I am a long time resident of the Farmington Valley and call Simsbury home. I enjoys vacationing with my wife, drinking local craft beers, dining at local restaurants and I'm passionate about supporting my 2 favorite charities Hydrocephalus Association and The Mill Foundation For Kids.
Brian Taylor Owner/Broker New England Home Mortgage LLC
I have worked in the mortgage industry for over 22 years! My desire is to help people realize their dreams of owning a home. Whether it is first time home buyers or seasoned buyers, everyone’s situation is unique and should be handled as such. There is no greater satisfaction than contributing to a successful closing!
I started my mortgage career working for a couple of investment banks in their capital markets groups, specializing in mortgage and derivative products. I then moved to a CT mortgage lender where I handled the daily interest rate hedging and the loan sale groups. This is also where I started to focus on originations, which I have been doing for over a decade. This experience has his given me a unique inside view of the entire mortgage industry and has allowed me to stay on top of all of the current changes in the mortgage markets.
Eventually, I decided to open the doors of New England Home Mortgage LLC, determined to bring a higher level of customer service and commitment! I am also the President of The Mill Foundation For Kids, Inc., a 501(c)3 charitable organization that provides toys and other items to pediatric facilities for use by children suffering from illnesses. We also donate to pediatric research funds working to cure these childhood diseases!
